We DO NOT ship to unconfirmed addresses. If
shipping address is not the same as billing
address connected to your bank card, payment
won’t confirm to process. Once orders are
placed we will not alter or cancel any pending
orders.

US Shipping: Please allow 3-7 business days
for processing/shipping. During Holidays and
Sales processing/shipping time frames extends
to 7-10 business days.

International Shipping: Please allow 7-10
business days for processing/shipping. During
Holidays and Sales processing/shipping time
frames extends to 7-14 business days.

All US shipping fees will be a $20.00 flat
shipping rate. International shipping fees are
determined by location.

LA Keyz Hair Bar does not offer Returns/
Exchanges at this time. All sales are FINAL.
